Epam Systems Inc., a remote product studio, is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to build workflow features for a live product. You will work on the server side from Azure through API and also craft React/TypeScript screens that sit on top.

You’ll steer AI coding tools, review diffs, and decide what merges. This role emphasizes delivering four to five features per sprint while owning a defined product area end to end.

Competenze

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps and releasing them to production.
• Experience learning a codebase and conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with roles, approvals, queues or state machines and an audit log/history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Mansioni

• Join the team building workflow software for a live product with new features while existing ones run.
• Direct AI tools, review diffs line by line, and approve merges.
• Own end-to-end areas (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking live features.
• Work with the lead developer and product manager to meet sprint acceptance criteria.
