AgileEngine LLC is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a strong Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%) focus, and to lead PoCs evaluating migration to React Native.

You will implement Real-Time Communication features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and address voice, network latency, and socket reliability challenges while collaborating with client stakeholders on mobile architecture.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• Strong experience with Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
• Exposure to React Native and native-mobile architecture.
• Solid RTC knowledge: WebRTC, SIP, VoIP architecture.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications (PushKit, CXProvider).
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build PoCs to evaluate migrating to React Native.
• Implement and optimize Real-Time Communication capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Resolve voice-related issues: latency, sockets, push notifications reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and features.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for stability and performance.
• Operate in an Agile delivery workflow with regular sprint planning.
