Jampp is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own critical parts of its ML platform, powering fast-bid decisions in under 20 milliseconds. You will design and deploy scalable features in Python, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and push the boundaries of model performance and deployment.

You will work in a hybrid setup with room to influence product decisions, scale infrastructure, and mentor teammates while delivering production-ready code and robust ML pipelines.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building software in Python.
• Experience with ML technologies and model training pipelines.
• Experience writing production-ready code.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Good SQL and database knowledge (Trino SQL a plus).
• Strong CS fundamentals and independent work ethic.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code and deploy highly scalable features (mostly in Python) for a massive ML system.
• Visualize key statistical concepts of models and performance.
• Evaluate models considering trade-offs between improvements and scalability.
• Adapt ML methods to modern parallel environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and software engineers to build scalable distributed systems.
• Work autonomously with a sense of ownership over the product.
• Learn and teach state-of-the-art ML technologies.
