Job summary

Dow is seeking a Lead Maintenance Coordinator in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, to preserve the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment through adherence to GMISS and local regulations. You will work closely with Reliability Engineers to develop effective maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with OPDS and the Secretariat of Energy.

Qualifications

Knowledge of GMISS and applicable standards (ASME, API).
Familiarity with OPDS and the Secretariat of Energy regulations.
Ability to document and maintain regulatory registrations.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of Dow's GMISS for developing inspection and maintenance strategies for fixed assets within the area of responsibility.
Demonstrates understanding of local regulations, primarily OPDS and the Secretariat of Energy, for inspection and testing of fixed equipment.
Facilitates the implementation of the Fixed Asset Integrity Manual within the area of responsibility.
Ensures the appropriate registration of all regulatory and GMISS fixed equipment.
Ensures that inspection plans address credible damage mechanisms and collaborates with process experts and corrosion engineers.
Ensures inspections or repairs are appropriately postponed/deferred before they become overdue.
