Job summary

Dow Argentina is seeking a Lead Maintenance Coordinator in Bahía Blanca to oversee the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment across the site. You will act as SME for GMISS, align with local regulations, and guide RBI strategies in collaboration with process engineers and inspectors.

You will coordinate inspection planning, post-inspection actions, and Fitness-for-Service assessments while engaging cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to minimize asset losses

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical.
• 3–5 years of maintenance/inspection/reliability experience with fixed assets.
• Knowledge of API 570/510/653; RBI (API 580) preferred.
• Certification in API 570/510/653 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMISS and local regulations compliance for fixed equipment.
• Develop and execute inspection and maintenance plans for piping, vessels, tanks.
• Support RBI transition and Fitness for Service assessments.
• Provide data-driven reporting of Asset Integrity KPIs.
