Job summary

The Dow Chemical Company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Coordinator in Bahía Blanca, Argentina to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed assets, including piping and pressure vessels, in line with GMISS and local regulations.

You will serve as the site SME for mechanical integrity, support RBI/ERS strategies, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to drive asset reliability and safe operation across the site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in maintenance, inspection, reliability, or related fixed asset work in industrial plants.
• Familiarity with API 570/510/653 and related inspection standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure integrity of fixed assets (piping, vessels, relief devices).
• Support RBI and ERS strategy development with SME input.
• Ensure regulatory registration and compliance (OPDS, energy authorities).
• Lead transition toward RBI-based inspection practices and report KPIs for the Fixed Asset Integrity Program.
