PwC Argentina is seeking a Senior Manager to lead investigations and ethics/compliance initiatives within the firm. You’ll guide complex matters from intake to resolution, balancing risk with business needs.

You’ll collaborate with People, Risk, Legal and IT teams across borders, coach leaders, and ensure rigorous policy application while upholding PwC’s code of ethics. The role requires a law degree, 7+ years of experience, and fluency in English; experience in multi-cultural environments is

Formación

• Must hold an LL.B. from an accredited law school/university.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Experience in investigations or ethics/compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and investigate misconduct reports and maintain confidential handling.
• Lead independent investigations and draft executive summaries.
• Collaborate with People, Risk, IT, and OGC teams.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide ethics and compliance training and communications.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for management.
