PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a New Partners Review/Senior Associate to advance regulatory compliance and risk management within Internal Firm Services. You will develop policies, assess risks, and mentor teams while upholding ethical standards and professional governance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor adherence to ethical standards.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Use analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Build meaningful client connections and anticipate the needs of teams and clients.
• Support compliance program implementation and conduct compliance reviews.
• Design onboarding processes and deliver compliance training sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote integrity and ethical business conduct.
• Adapt to change and use creativity to generate new ideas and solve problems.
• Understand Information Security and Data Protection best practices.
• Ensure correct Information Security Management practices.
