PwC in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Manager to lead ethics and compliance investigations and cross-border engagements. You will collaborate with People, Risk Management, IT and Legal to identify risks, develop investigation plans, and report findings.

A law degree with extensive experience and strong English communication are required. The role emphasizes independent work, stakeholder coaching, and delivering training and policy guidance across the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited law school/university.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and investigating reported concerns of possible misconduct; serving as a confidential and non-retaliatory resource for all partners and employees.
• Conducting timely, effective and independent investigations; developing investigation plans; conducting interviews; collecting evidence; reporting findings; documenting steps; facilitating discipline committee processes; ensuring consistency with internal processes.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the firm including People, Risk Management, Information Security and Office of General Counsel (OGC).
• Conducting root cause analyses, identifying potential compliance vulnerabilities and risk, and developing corrective actions; improving policies and processes.
• Supporting functional leaders from ethics/compliance perspective, including People team, Risk Management and OGC.
• Drafting and delivering ethics and compliance training and communications with Learning & Development and communications teams.
• Preparing trend analyses, analyzing ethics and compliance data and preparing reports for management.
• Understanding Information Management, Information Security and Data Protection.
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices.
