Role Purpose:

Provide strategic direction, organize, and manage pursuits and development of opportunities in the Middle Game; lead the Inside Sales team in preparing proposals and prequalification documents in response to customer RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, etc. Responsible for developing pursuit strategies, coordinating proposal teams, and managing proposal activities, including technical and commercial development, reviews, and final submission. Collaborate with business development managers and capture managers to articulate proposal strategies. Lead opportunities in the Argentinean market for Resources (Mining) and Conventional Energy (Oil & Gas Upstream or Midstream), with potential expansion to other territories.

Operational Responsibilities:

Align operational management with organizational goals, influence policy outcomes, and manage work directly or through others to achieve results.

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent in a related field, with 15+ years of relevant experience including supervisory, project management, or technical roles.

Decision Making & Supervision:

Develop tactical plans, troubleshoot, and lead organizational change. Manage staff recruitment, training, discipline, and remuneration, overseeing multiple projects and setting policy frameworks.

Communication Skills:

Effectively present complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuade and influence stakeholders, and foster a participative, team-oriented environment.
