CSOFT International is seeking a results-driven Project Manager in Argentina to lead localization initiatives and liaise with customers and cross-functional teams. You will manage client relationships, coordinate localization projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content while optimizing the customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Multilingual is preferred; localization experience required.
• Project management experience in localization/health science a must, 3+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as the lead point of contact for project matters.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts and sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions per customer needs.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Lead a team of localization PMs, linguists and professionals.
• Communicate project progress, resolve issues, ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet time, budget and quality targets.
