Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Fluency in the local country language (spoken and written) and advanced English is required.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Home based benefits and office requirements.
• Requires basic knowledge of Project management practices and terminology.
• Requires good knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge; understanding of clinical research industry.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and contract requirements.
• Accountable for meeting recruitment targets and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans and clinical risks across the lifecycle.
• Ensure quality delivery by defining standards and monitoring compliance and quality issues.
• Manage project finances including EAC, track changes, and identify additional opportunities.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with clinical team to achieve milestones; report to stakeholders per scope requirements.
• Oversee resourcing and talent planning; guide the clinical team with high-quality operational plans and trainings.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to line managers on performance.
• May contribute to delivery strategy for proposals and participate in bid defense preparations.
