• 2-5 years of learning or meeting & events experience, preferably in professional services.
• Experience working in HR in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create delivery plans for classroom-based or virtual courses with program managers.
• Develop forecasts with dates, locations, and attendee estimates.
• Publish scheduled offerings in the LMS.
• Determine class participants, timing, session counts, and general planning.
• Manage class rosters and adjust when attendance is low.
• Coordinate with TME for venues and social activities.
• Coordinate with Virtual Producers for virtual learning.
• Block sleeping rooms and meeting space with hotel partners.
