EY in Argentina seeks a Delivery Associate to coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs. You will identify suitable facilities, ensure materials and logistics are finalized, and support the execution of classes with the Learning Support Liaison team.

The role includes reviewing rosters, awarding credits with integrity, publishing classes in the Learning Management System, and collaborating with delivery leadership to drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years of learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality experience.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with learning management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee delivery activities for in-person and virtual learning sessions.
• Review class rosters and reconcile attendance to ensure accurate credit awarding.
• Assist with setup for classrooms and LMS publication.
• Serve as point of contact for facilitators and participants during courses.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Liaisons and delivery leadership to drive improvements.
