a1qa is seeking a lead generation professional who will build and scale a system that expands into new markets, regions, and verticals. You will own the end-to-end lead funnel, work hands-on with CRM tools, and shape the mix of demand generation, ABM, and events.

The role requires proven B2B outbound experience, strong analytics, and English at advanced level. Native Spanish for LATAM is a plus, with familiarity in IT services or QA helping execution.

Formación

• Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound.
• Confident, hands-on work with CRM and analytics.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 or above.
• Experience taking a product or service into a new market.
• Comfort with AI tools to scale research and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize the lead generation process end to end.
• Open new markets—both regions and verticals.
• Shape the channel mix: demand generation, ABM, roadshows, industry events.
• Work hands-on with lead generation tooling and CRM.
• Own funnel analytics and improve conversion at each stage.
