OKX is seeking an Operational Senior Manager, LACC to oversee the internal audit portfolio across Latin America and Caribbean, focusing on operational risks. You will guide regional internal audit activities, manage risk-based audits, and oversee planning, execution, reporting and remediation under the third line of defence.

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the ideal candidate has extensive internal audit leadership experience, familiarity with IIA standards, and strong analytical and communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) will be preferred.
• Internal audit experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Proven experience in leading audit engagements, managing audit teams, and delivering high-quality audit reports and recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodology, IIA internal audit standards, risk assessment and internal control frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based internal audit planning for the LACC region and align with company priorities.
• Manage end-to-end audits, reviews, and consulting projects following professional standards.
• Review process documentation, flowcharts, and testing procedures for key controls.
• Recommend corrective actions and ensure timely remediation with control owners.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior leadership and business owners.
• Apply data-driven techniques to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiencies.
