Santex Group in Argentina is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the Digital Banking team. You will design and build features, own services end-to-end, and collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive, scalable solutions.

You will write clean, production-ready code in an Agile environment, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous delivery. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of mentoring teammates while delivering value

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of software development experience using Java.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming knowledge.
• Experience with microservices, Java EE, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, and relational/noSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud environments, API governance, and CI/CD tooling.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement features and deliver production-ready code.
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and debugging reports.
• Conduct performance optimizations and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile planning, daily scrums, and product demos.
