Promtior is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to join our Engineering team and help grow our backend solutions. You will build APIs and backend components with Spring, work with relational databases via JPA/Hibernate, and focus on performance and maintainability.

You'll collaborate across teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the full development lifecycle from design through deployment, while leveraging Docker and distributed systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience building APIs or backend services in production.
• Strong knowledge of JVM performance and memory usage.
• Expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Docker containers and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Java using Spring/Spring Boot.
• Design and implement APIs and backend components with quality and performance in mind.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams, participate in code reviews.
