University of Central Florida's University Operations seeks a senior Business Systems Analyst IV to serve as a strategic liaison between UCF IT and academic and central support units. You will drive operational efficiency, translate complex needs into IT solutions, and support IT governance and project initiation.

Candidates bring 5+ years of experience, familiarity with IT governance, and strong skills in stakeholder engagement, analytics, and process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; or 9+ years with HS diploma in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between UCF IT and academic/central units.
• Document and map current-state processes; identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define business needs, gather requirements, and build use cases for IT initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve faculty and student processes.
• Assist in developing robust business cases with scope, benefits, and risks.
• Guide stakeholders through IT governance and project intake processes.
