Descripción del empleo

Founded in 2011, Fullscript is a healthcare platform built on the belief that care should treat the whole person. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners and 10 million patients count on us for access to high-quality supplements, industry-leading labs, and tools that make it easier to follow through on care.

Our purpose is simple: to help people get better. Every system we design and every program we deliver supports practitioners in providing care that is more personal, more efficient, and more effective.

This is your invitation. Bring your ideas. Bring your grit. Bring your care for people.

Let’s build a healthier future together and make healthcare whole.

At Fullscript, our IT Team ensures that every teammate has the tools, systems, and support they need to do their best work. As a Senior IT Administrator, you will be a doer and builder first and foremost. You will serve as the technical escalation point for our IT Admin team, own critical IT projects, and drive automation to make our IT operations more scalable and efficient. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure and security teams, while also mentoring junior IT Admins and improving day to day processes. This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, leading initiatives from start to finish, and helping others (as well as yourself) grow.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the escalation point for IT Admins I-III, providing expert level support across macOS, Windows, SaaS, and MDM environments.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, design solutions, and execute IT projects with minimal oversight.
  • Drive automation in IT workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, SaaS provisioning, and device management (i.e. scripting, APIs, or automation platforms).
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure seamless end user support and compliance with security/legal requirements.
  • Serve as the technical lead for onboarding/offboarding workflows, SaaS application management, and compliance alignment.
  • Mentor and train junior IT team members, ensuring consistent documentation, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable communication for both IT peers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support live events including AV setup, livestreaming, and troubleshooting audio/video equipment.
  • Maintain and improve internal IT documentation, ensuring repeatability and reliability across processes.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years experience in IT administration (or equivalent) with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong expertise with macOS, Windows, SaaS management, and MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms and identity access management (Okta or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects from ideation to implementation, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Hands on scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across networking, infrastructure, and device level issues.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership abilities through guiding junior IT staff.
  • Clear empathetic communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to make IT more efficient and scalable.

What we can offer you:

  • Generous PTO and competitive pay
  • Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health
  • Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
  • Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
  • Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
  • Ability to work Wherever You Work Well
