Bechtel Argentina seeks a senior Electrical Engineer to manage environmental and sectoral permits, ensure design and field activities comply with regulations, and align with project schedules. You will translate legal requirements into verifiable criteria and anticipate environmental constraints affecting layout and sequence.

The role bridges engineering and regulatory authorities, ensuring a robust permit route aligned with project milestones and client standards.

Formación

• Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• Proven High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Responsabilidades

• Support the construction efforts with technical support to craft and supervision and ensure Quality requirements.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents to support construction managers and contractors.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and the design engineer to ensure timely flow of design documents and information.
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of the project quality program when the quality function is the construction engineering department; report status to project management.
• Other duties as assigned.
