INCORE Digital Agency is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own and drive end-to-end client growth across SEO, AI search, lifecycle, and social. You will shape INCORE's marketing direction and directly execute on campaigns, then scale by building a team as demand grows.

You will own lifecycle across Customer.io, plus analytics, reporting, and client communications, working with a remote-first team serving US clients. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.

Competenze

• 5+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or growth strategy.
• Deep understanding of technical and content SEO, site architecture, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on growth experience in lead gen and e-commerce: funnel design, CRM handoff, and analytics.
• Strong lifecycle marketing skills with hands-on use of Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Near-native English fluency and confident client-facing communication.

• Own marketing and client growth end to end for INCORE and clients.
• Lead SEO, AI search, lifecycle, social, and analytics initiatives.
• Design and execute lifecycle journeys and reporting frameworks.
• Build and mentor a small team as growth scales.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and client-facing roadmaps.
