Job summary

MVR Digital is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end Google Ads for DTC brands in a fully remote setup. You will own the client relationship, present results, and defend optimization decisions with a data-driven mindset.

You will audit accounts, manage Feed/Shopping/PMax, and separate Brand from Non-Brand strategies. Strong communication in English and real money experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• Audit campaigns and account structures before touching any campaigns.
• Explain attribution and defend modeling choices to clients.
• Own end-to-end Google Ads workflow including Feed, Shopping, and PMax.
• Manage brand vs non-brand strategies with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Lead client updates, calls, and defensive rationale for decisions.
• Perform in-depth account audits and Loom walkthroughs to explain findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
