Compass International Holdings is hiring a Sr Backend Engineer Go for Integrated Services on a contractor-through-Deel basis. You will design, build, and operate scalable backend services across a multi-market platform, focusing on the One-Click Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty MVPs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Go and TypeScript/Node.js, strong English, and hands-on experience with microservices, Kafka, and AWS.

Formación

• 5+ years building high-performance software with Go and TypeScript/Node.js
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems
• 3+ years using AWS
• Designing and implementing scalable microservices
• Experience leading technical design across teams
• Frontend experience with Angular or React
• CI/CD tooling and Git workflows familiarity
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like ClaudeCode

Responsabilidades

• Own feature delivery end-to-end from design to production
• Contribute to cross-domain technical work and data architecture
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders during discovery phases
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of integrations
• Share knowledge through design reviews and best practices
