Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact LATAM project. You will design and ship React/TypeScript features for a FinTech Customer Experience Operations Platform, collaborating with backend services, CX stakeholders, and product teams.

You will actively apply AI-assisted engineering workflows, use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to prototype, test, and improve code quality while owning architectural decisions and code

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to own architecture, code quality, testing, and decisions.
• Experience building complex product interfaces: forms, tables, dashboards, workflows.
• Proficient with modern frontend practices and component-driven architectures.
• Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rspack, or Vite; REST APIs/OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domains.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, CX, Designers, and Backend Engineers.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to prototype, test, and refine code.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness of queues, assignments, and metrics.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintainability.
