Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript/AI‑Assisted Development) for a LATAM remote engagement on a FinTech Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences using modern frontend architecture while collaborating with backend APIs and product stakeholders.

You will embrace agentic development, leveraging AI coding tools to prototype, test, and accelerate delivery, while maintaining strong ownership, code quality, and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI‑based services.
• Familiarity with modern bundlers and testing frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to boost productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs.
• Use a micro-frontend architecture with Rspack and Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI backend services.
• Ensure end‑to‑end correctness across CX workflows.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX aligned with permissions.
