Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business priorities with hands-on implementation across a global, multi‑department organization. You will translate use cases into solid architectures, drive API contracts, and deliver enterprise‑grade integrations with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira and Oracle HCM, while coordinating with teams in India.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience with a proven delivery record.
• Strong TS/JavaScript with a modern frontend framework such as React.
• Backend development with Node.js or Python and solid API/integration design.
• Proven track record delivering AI/LLM‑driven solutions including tool calling, RAG or agent frameworks.
• Translate stakeholder findings into functional architecture and actionable backlog.
• AWS delivery experience including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch; SSO/Okta and RBAC.
• Ability to lead technical discussions in English with US‑based stakeholders (B2 level+).

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR to align priorities.
• Convert use cases into architecture designs, UX/flow diagrams, API contracts, and a ready backlog for India.
• Develop and integrate workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Lead demanding integration projects covering authentication setup, data contracts, RBAC, and production launches.
• Coordinate daily with the India team to resolve questions, review PRs, and remove blockers.
• Build prototypes for UI components and MCP/LLM integration, delivering a production backlog to India.
• Incorporate security, observability, and reusability across builds for lasting value.
