Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a LATAM FinTech project. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modern frontend architecture, collaborating closely with backend services and AI-powered tooling.

You will leverage AI-assisted development workflows, participate in code reviews, and help deliver reliable, scalable customer experience operations software for international clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend-oriented background with React and TypeScript
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote LATAM environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules
• Build reusable UI components, forms, dashboards, and workflows
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, and backend engineers
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug
• Ensure end-to-end correctness of agent-centric workflows
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code quality standards
