Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact international FinTech project in LATAM. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modern frontend architecture, collaborating with backend services and OpenAPI‑based APIs.

You’ll work on AI-assisted engineering workflows, prototype with AI coding agents, and contribute to end-to-end product delivery, performance, and reliability in a remote, contractor

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic software engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents to improve productivity and quality.
• Integrate frontend with BFF/backend APIs and micro-frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, CX, designers, and backend engineers on API design and integration.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
