AgileEngine is seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer for a remote, contract-based role focused on AI training for software development projects.

The role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails with collaboration from product, data science, and design teams. Responsibilities include building scalable features, APIs, and data models, translating wireframes to production code, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience building web applications with modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development and debugging.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and data modeling.
• Experience working across unfamiliar codebases and translating requirements into features.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
