AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will own frontend and backend work across React and Rails/Spring, building APIs, services, and data models while collaborating with product, data science, and design teams.

You will participate in an on-call rotation and drive performance and security improvements, translating wireframes into production features in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of web applications experience using MVC frameworks (Rails, Entity, Spring)
• 3+ years with SQL databases (Postgres, RDS)
• 3+ years HTML/CSS development and styling for the web
• 3+ years turning wireframes into functional features
• Experience with agile development and adapting to changing requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership potential a plus
• Server- and client-side performance optimization
• Experience with Git for source control (GitHub)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and debug front-end and back-end applications
• Build features, APIs, services, and data models
• Understand and work across unfamiliar codebases
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and security
• Translate and adapt builds between programming languages
