AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript, React and Ruby on Rails. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with Fortune 500 brands and innovative startups.

You will autonomously deliver impactful features, collaborate with product management, and help improve the SDLC with best practices. We offer flexible work options and USD-based compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications.
• 4+ years of Rails/Ruby experience.
• 2+ years of experience architecting full-stack applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business impact autonomously within a team or system.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure SDLC quality.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Improve development processes with best practices and tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
