Formación

• 4+ years building customer-facing applications with Product, UX, and Data.
• 4+ years of Rails/Ruby development.
• 2+ years designing and architecting full stack applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business impact autonomously across teams and systems.
• Collaborate with product to ensure SDLC quality and releases.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices to optimize development processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
