AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript, React and Ruby on Rails. You will autonomously deliver impact across teams, collaborate with product managers, and help optimize our development processes.

The role involves communicating with senior leadership and contributing to architectural decisions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years building customer-facing apps, 4+ years with Rails/Ruby, and 2+ years of full stack

Formación

• 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 4+ years of experience with Rails/Ruby in production systems.
• 2+ years of experience architecting full stack applications.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
