AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features, collaborating with product, data science, and design teams to solve complex problems.

You will contribute to an agile engineering team, participate in on-call rotations, and help optimize performance on both client- and server-side systems, delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web apps with Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres or RDS).
• 3+ years of HTML and CSS and web UI styling.
• 3+ years turning wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and proactive leadership potential.
• Performance-minded: client- and server-side optimization techniques.
• Experience using Git and GitHub.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.

Responsibilities
