Truelogic is seeking a highly autonomous Full-Stack Engineer to build scalable products for a fast-paced startup environment. You will own end-to-end features, design system architecture, and integrate enterprise applications while collaborating with U.S. clients and remote teams.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and deliver quality software, with strong emphasis on full-stack expertise and pragmatic problem solving.

Formación

• Proven full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular).
• Strong API design, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture.
• Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and automation.
