Compass is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for the Listing Services Team. You will ingest and enrich real estate listings, build scalable front-end features, and contribute to back-end services, collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features.

You will lead design efforts, set quality standards, and own delivery of critical business outcomes in a fast-growing real estate tech platform.

Formación

• BS or MS in CS or EE, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience developing comprehensive, well-tested, high-performance applications.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Basic experience with React.
• Hands-on engineering experience leading the technical design delivery of projects requiring work from multiple engineers as well as their own coding work.
• Experience designing and extending large-scale systems, including RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and data ingestion methods.
• A track record as a technical leader with cross-team impact.
• Understanding and adherence to industry-standard best practices in software development and architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including S3, EKS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and MSK.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest, enrich, and manage the real estate listings used by Compass downstream products.
• Develop front-end features while scaling back-end services, collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
• Set a high bar for quality and take ownership of the product you work on.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and adjacent Engineering teams to deliver business-critical features.
• Contribute to the technical strategy transforming how listing data is managed to improve agent and client experience.
