AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will implement REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and develop responsive React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and leverage AI-assisted tools with critical judgment to ensure long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI or Flask and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating away from GraphQL when needed.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with performance-sensitive queries.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with judgment to critique AI output.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills and the ability to challenge quick-fix approaches with scalable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems when requirements are underspecified.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontends (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues from ETL/data-lake outputs and ML results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and frame solutions.
