Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of products across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. The core stack is Go and Kotlin for backend services and React with TypeScript for the frontend.

You will mentor, shape architecture decisions, and responsibly use AI coding assistants. You will work in a remote role open to candidates based in Argentina, bringing 8+ years of production experience and strong system design skills to build

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack roles.
Strong production experience with Go and Kotlin, RESTful APIs, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Advanced TypeScript and React skills, with well-tested web applications.
Experience with AI coding assistants in development and testing.
Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
Clear communication and technical leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of production systems across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Make architecture decisions and own outcomes from discovery to production.
Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, improve maintainability and testing.
Collaborate with product/design/engineering to deliver customer value.
Ensure secure, scalable, observable systems and responsible use of AI coding tools.
