Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production full stack delivery across backend and frontend.
• Strong Go and Kotlin backend experience; React with TypeScript frontend.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and robust testing practices.
• Ability to mentor, review designs, and improve engineering standards.
• Ability to use AI coding assistants responsibly for implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of production systems across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Own outcomes from discovery through production support and observability.
• Mentor engineers and lead code/design reviews to raise quality.
• Collaborate with product/design stakeholders and manage trade-offs.
