Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of products across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. The core stack is Go and Kotlin for backend services and React with TypeScript for the frontend. The role includes technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring, along with the responsible use of AI coding assistants for implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation. Candidates must have 8+ years of professional experience, including production full stack work, strong system design skills, automated testing across multiple layers, AWS and CI/CD experience, and solid SQL/NoSQL knowledge.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of reliable products across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while helping the team use AI coding tools safely and productively.You will:

• Design and build production systems using Go and Kotlin for backend services and React with TypeScript for modern web applications.
• Own technical outcomes from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and production support.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and testing while reviewing, validating, and taking ownership of every result.
• Set engineering direction, make pragmatic architecture decisions, and improve scalability, performance, security, and resilience.
• Mentor engineers, lead code and design reviews, and raise standards for maintainability, testing, and operational excellence.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to clarify trade-offs, manage risk, and deliver measurable customer value.

Workplace: This is remote role, open to candidates based in Argentina only.

What We're Looking For:

• You are a senior, hands‑on engineer who can move confidently across the stack, guide technical decisions, and use AI as an engineering tool without compromising quality, security, or accountability.
• You have at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands‑on experience delivering and operating full stack applications in production. This includes:
  • Strong production experience with Go and Kotlin, including backend services, RESTful APIs, concurrency, and distributed systems.
  • Advanced TypeScript and React skills, with experience building accessible, maintainable, and well‑tested web applications.
  • Practical experience with AI coding assistants for implementation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and test generation.
  • A disciplined approach to AI‑generated code: provide useful context, verify behavior, test edge cases, review dependencies, and protect confidential data.
  • Strong system design skills and sound judgment across reliability, performance, security, observability, and cost.
  • Experience with automated testing across unit, integration, contract, and end‑to‑end layers using tools appropriate to each stack.
  • Experience with AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure and operational practices, and production incident response.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores, data modelling, migrations, and performance trade‑offs.
  • Clear communication, technical leadership, and the ability to mentor others and influence decisions across teams.
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset and willingness to challenge complexity, simplify solutions, and learn new tools responsibly.
