ELEKS in Argentina is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java/Python/ForgeRock) to join our Security team, building IAM capabilities across backend and frontend components and integrating ForgeRock.

You will design, implement, and optimize secure identity workflows, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and strong Java/Spring, Python, and ForgeRock experience are required.

Formación

• Solid experience in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and Python.
• ForgeRock platform experience (AM, IDM, IG) or equivalent enterprise IAM platform.
• RBAC frameworks.
• SQL / relational databases.
• Git, CI/CD tooling.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting IAM/security workflows (Java/Spring Boot backend, Python services, frontend components as needed)
• Configure and support ForgeRock platform components (Access Management, Identity Management, Identity Gateway)
• Implement and troubleshoot OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC federation flows
• Support RBAC (role-based access control) design and enforcement across applications
• Participate in Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for identity and access-related incidents
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for security service deployments
• Work within containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) for service deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Document technical designs and support audit/compliance reporting as needed

Our client is one of the leading health insurance organizations in the United States. We support the client by operating and maintaining a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform that serves critical internal and external business systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable access across the enterprise.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an engineer to join the Security team to build and support identity and access management (IAM) capabilities, combining backend Java/Python development with hands-on work on the ForgeRock platform.

REQUIREMENTS
