FullStack Labs, Inc. in Latin America seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join client teams delivering production-ready .NET and Vue applications. You will integrate into client squads, collaborating with designers and engineers daily.

The role requires 5+ years of professional software development, strong C#/.NET and Vue experience, Azure deployment know-how, and English fluency. A four-year degree completes the profile.

• Experience using AI tools for prototyping, testing, refactoring, and docs.
• Clean, maintainable production code and active code reviews.
• Collaborative with Product, Design and Customer Success.
• Mentoring / pair programming experience.
• CRM or data-heavy platforms a plus.
• Observability/testing tools like Datadog or Playwright a plus.
• CI/CD and frequent production deployments a plus.
• Ability to own work and take extreme ownership.
• Agile/Scrum and large systems experience.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET + Vue).

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Advanced English is required.

Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Deep expertise in C# and .NET with extensive experience building production software.

Proven experience developing modern web applications with Vue, with strong React or Angular experience also considered.

Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Solid background working with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software engineering workflow.

Proven experience using AI tools for activities such as prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.

Strong experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.

Experience participating actively in code reviews and maintaining high engineering quality standards.

Strong collaboration skills and a product-minded approach, with experience partnering directly with Product, Design, and Customer Success.

Experience mentoring engineers and participating in pair programming or collaborative development.

Familiarity with CRM or other data-intensive platforms is a plus.

Experience with Datadog, Playwright, or similar observability and testing tools is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD and frequent production deployments is a plus.

Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.

Forensic attention to detail.

Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.

Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

We’re seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.

Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
