AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain full‑stack features for a production healthcare platform, including AI‑powered capabilities. The initial project is expected to last 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Required: 2+ years of full‑stack experience, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC, AWS, hands‑on AI tools and production LLM integration, strong ownership and communication, with upper‑intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience with depth in frontend or backend.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and applying LLMs to development.
• Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-based architectures, and AWS.
• Experience building systems handling healthcare, fintech, or regulated data preferred.
• Strong ownership, communication, and attention to quality.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to a room.
• Solid software engineering foundation.
