EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with React expertise to build responsive, accessible web applications and to weave GenAI into daily delivery. You will partner across product, design, and backend teams, lead code reviews, and mentor juniors while maintaining high code quality and scalable UI architectures.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, cross-browser stability, and end-to-end testing to ensure robust releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-end development with modern web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React within production environments.
• Experience with code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Experience translating UI/UX designs into high-quality production code.
• Strong testing expertise: unit and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to optimize performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Knowledge of GenAI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.
• Collaborates with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
• English at an upper-intermediate (B2) level.

Responsibilities

• Design highly responsive, accessible web applications.
• Architect reusable libraries and UI frameworks that scale and perform well.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-quality React code and provide feedback.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and career growth.
• Lead code reviews to sustain quality and accelerate learning.
• Analyze performance and optimize load time and runtime interactions.
• Debug complex issues across browsers and devices.
• Implement unit and end-to-end testing to minimize regressions.
• Coordinate with QA to catch issues early and resolve defects before releases.
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work and speed up delivery workflows.
• Drive continuous frontend improvement by evaluating modern frontend practices.
