Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Full Stack Software Engineer to lead frontend UX patterns, reusable libraries, and full-stack delivery across React/TypeScript/Vue and Python microservices on AWS.

You will architect GenAI-powered applications with fast web UIs, streaming responses, and AI UX features, collaborate with designers, and drive design systems, accessibility, and security across client-side and backend services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production experience with React, TypeScript or Vue.
• Experience delivering frontend UIs, REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on GenAI features integration and prompt UI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver GenAI-powered applications with fast web UIs and client-side integrations.
• Build responsive, accessible frontend experiences optimized for streaming and low latency.
• Develop reusable components, hooks, and design systems for enterprise GenAI apps.
• Implement LLM-driven features using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on AI UX patterns like chat assistants and prompts
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across client-side and full-stack.
• Create high-performance UIs for AI interactions including streaming text, citations, and summaries.
• Maintain shared component libraries so teams can embed GenAI capabilities into apps.
