Monks is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Argentina to deliver detailed FP&A, forecasts, and budgets that shape strategic decisions across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to develop forecasts, monitor budgets, and produce insights using PowerBI/Tableau and ERP systems (NetSuite, Big Query, Snowflake, MySQL), with strong Excel skills and English at B2+.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite, Bid Query, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• English language skills (B2+).
• Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to collaborate in a team.
• Experience with budgets, payroll and financial strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Big Query, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and interpret financial data.
