EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to partner with stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights. You will help steer the company’s financial clarity and support strategic decision making in a dynamic, quality-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing monthly statements, coordinating the annual budget and forecasts, analyzing P&L results, and delivering clear monthly updates to the Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of finance, auditing, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel with complex workbooks and PivotTables.
• Strong communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Examine monthly financial statements and highlight insights for management decisions.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle and forecasting with contributions from relevant teams.
• Assess financial outcomes and projections by reviewing P&L data, variances, and benchmarks.
• Communicate monthly financial performance updates to the Leadership Team.
• Respond to on-demand requests for financial analysis, reports, and advisory support within a corporate function.
• Build tailored reporting tools for the needs of a corporate function.
• Streamline current reporting workflows by introducing improvements and automation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted financial partner by guiding business planning and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Examine monthly financial statements and highlight insights that enable effective management decisions
• Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle and forecasting activities while gathering and aligning contributions from relevant teams
• Assess financial outcomes and projections by reviewing profit and loss data, variances, business impacts, historical trends, and market benchmarks
• Communicate monthly financial performance updates and key messages to the Leadership Team
• Respond to on-demand requests for financial analysis, reports, and advisory support within a corporate function
• Build tailored reporting tools and outputs for the specific needs of a corporate function
• Streamline current reporting workflows by introducing improvements and automation opportunities
• Act as a trusted financial partner by offering guidance for business planning and day-to-day operational choices

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's qualification in Economics, Finance, or another relevant discipline that provides a strong understanding of finance
• Bring at least three years of practical experience gained in finance, auditing, or both areas
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including reviewing complex workbooks, developing visual charts, consolidating information through PivotTables, and communicating data summaries
• Be familiar with financial-analysis methods and tools used to assess business results
• Combine excellent prioritization and coordination abilities with strong analytical thinking and clear communication
• Be confident creating polished presentation materials in PowerPoint
• Communicate effectively in English at an upper-intermediate B2 level or above

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, and Power BI for extracting data, automating finance-related tasks, and producing interactive business reporting
