EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Senior Financial Specialist to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will own monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and P&L analysis, driving automation to speed reporting while collaborating with global colleagues on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in finance, auditing, or a related field.
• Proficient Excel with PivotTables and ability to translate findings into outputs.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Investigate monthly financial reports and relay findings for leadership action.
• Coordinate budgets and recurring forecasts with cross‑functional inputs.
• Analyze P&L, variances, trends, and external comparisons to assess performance.
• Deliver monthly overview of financial performance to Leadership Team and stakeholders.

• Create reports aligned with data and operational needs of the corporate function.
• Improve reporting speed and reliability by automating workflows.

Job description

Our team is hiring a Senior Financial Specialist to help ensure that financial information provides a dependable foundation for the business. You will engage with internal teams and convert complex figures into practical insights for a variety of audiences. We foster an environment built on ownership, accuracy, and continual refinement. Responsibilities

• Investigate monthly financial reports, identify notable developments, and relay findings that enable leadership to respond effectively
• Run the preparation of budgets and recurring forecasts by coordinating, validating, and combining contributions from relevant teams
• Examine business results and outlooks through profit and loss analysis, variance and impact assessments, trend reviews, and external comparisons
• Deliver a monthly overview of financial performance, including its implications, to the Leadership Team
• Address ad hoc requests from a corporate function by supplying financial analysis, reporting, and subject-matter advice
• Produce customized reports designed around the data and operational needs of a corporate function
• Increase the speed and reliability of reporting by redesigning workflows and eliminating manual work through automation
• Partner with stakeholders to offer financial input for near-term business activities and future planning

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline that establishes a solid grasp of core financial concepts
• Have accumulated a minimum of three years of relevant experience within finance, auditing, or an associated field
• Use Excel confidently to work with detailed datasets, build charts, apply PivotTables, and translate findings into understandable outputs
• Apply an understanding of financial evaluation frameworks and techniques to review organizational performance
• Demonstrate effective planning and prioritization alongside sound judgment, analytical ability, and stakeholder‑facing communication skills
• Create clear, engaging presentation content for business audiences using PowerPoint
• Use English fluently in a professional environment at B2 level or above

• Leverage SQL, VBA, and Power BI to access data, automate recurring reporting activities, and develop informative analytical dashboards
