Ecolab is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing to support the financial and operational performance of manufacturing sites in International Markets, Brazil. The role is remote from our Global Business Center with occasional travel to assist during closing periods and adapt to dynamic demands.

You will manage monthly closings, forecasting, budgeting, standard costing, and cost accounting while ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; FP&A experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in finance and/or accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills; effective communication.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and reliable financial performance drivers.
• Advanced English and Portuguese skills.

TheSr Financial Analyst Manufacturingwill play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing sites within the International Markets (IM) for Brazil.

Working remotely from our Global Business Center, this individual will provide strategic financial leadership to one of our manufacturing plants, partnering closely with plant management and other stakeholders across various markets. The role requires occasional travel to support operational needs, especially during closing periods, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic demands.

Main Responsibilities

• - Oversee monthly closing processes, ad hoc reporting/analytics, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets to drive financial performance.
• - Utilize advanced reporting and forecasting tools to deliver insights and enhance existing processes.
• - Prepare cost accounting analyses and maintain strong internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with SOX and corporate policies.
• - Lead annual standard costing updates for the site and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• - Act as a financial business partner to the plant manager and leadership team, providing decision support that drives financial metric improvement and profitable growth.
• - Collaborate with Supply Chain teams across International Markets to identify savings opportunities and analyze return on investment.
• - Support capital investment initiatives to ensure appropriate return on investments and alignment with strategic goals.
• - Foster a culture of financial accountability and ownership throughout all levels of the organization, particularly in building a TPM Loss Reduction culture.
• - Manage accounting procedures related to operations, including G/L maintenance, accruals, expense charge-offs, journal entry preparation, payroll processing, and inventory control.
• - Lead network-wide improvements by developing standard work and processes that promote efficiency and leverage shared serviceswhere available.
• - Leveragedigitaltoolsand new reportingto provide new insights and create efficiencies in existing processes.(Ex: power BI)

Minimum Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.(experience in FP&A)
• - 3-5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• - Strong ability to manage complexity, including experience with multiple ERP systems.
• - Demonstrated leadership capability and strong change management& communicationskills.
• - Solid understanding of accounting concepts and practices, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
• - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, coupled with a history of process improvement and project management.
• - English Advanced
• - Portuguese Advanced

• - Proficiency in SAP,PowerBI, Hyperion, and Blackline.
